No. Lakeside Manor sleeps 20 at $1,600 per night.
Yes. Many couples book Lakeside Manor the night before for hair and makeup with the wedding party, then again the wedding night. It's the same $1,600/night add-on whether you book one night or several.
Lakeside Manor sleeps 20 on site. Beyond that, Canyon Inn at McCormick's Creek is about 0.4 miles away, and Bloomington's hotels are about 20 minutes east.
No. We hold a 3-way liquor license. All bar service is booked through Abram Farms.
Yes — it's a completely open vendor policy. Our preferred vendors are listed on our vendors page, and you're not required to use them. A day-of coordinator is required.
No, but one is required. It doesn't have to be ours — it does have to be someone experienced who can build a detailed timeline. Our in-house day-of coordinator is $650 and includes the rehearsal. Either way, Abram staff are on site from your arrival to your departure for temperature, trash, restrooms, and spills.
Every booking includes a 60-minute rehearsal on site, and Saturday couples get first pick of times. Depending on the season, it may be the evening before, the morning of, or up to two days before the wedding.
The climate-controlled barn is your indoor ceremony backup if a pond or lawn ceremony gets rained out — no tent rental, no day-of scramble.
Music ends and guests head out by 11 PM, then you have one more hour to pack up your belongings and décor. You can add an hour to the party — ask Rachel about it on your tour.
Parking is a blacktop lot near the barn with a walking path, plus a blacktop handicap and elderly parking area right next to the venue. Because Lakeside Manor sleeps 20 on the property, most weddings don't need a hotel shuttle. The getting-ready suites are on the barn's second level — tell Rachel about accessibility needs before your tour so she can walk the route with you.
Yes. Leashed or crated pets are welcome on the grounds and in photos.
Yes — ask Rachel about our military discount when you inquire or book a tour.
It is red now. White paint and panoramic windows are targeted for the end of March 2027. Dates after that get the new look.
Yes. Tours can be in person or virtual — either way you meet Rachel and talk through the details of your day. Book one through the tour link on our site.
A few weeks after booking, you'll get a link to schedule your first planning session — bring your inspiration photos. The final planning session is 30–45 days before the wedding to lock in layouts, head count, and décor, and Rachel is reachable by phone or text in between.
